PolimX Residence Facilities
PolimX Residence supporting facilities and rules will make your stay comfortable.

PolimX Residence is a NON-SMOKING temporary stay residence. Smoking is only allowed at the car garage area for the comfortable of all our guests. Strict NO ALCOHOL and DRUGS are also part of PolimX Residence rules.
Guests are only allowed between 8am to 9pm and different sex guests are not allowed to enter the room (unless supported by marriage certificate).
PolimX Residence provide a common washing machine that can be used by each of the guest. For more comfortable, there is MAGDRY laundry within the area of PolimX Residence.
In each of the floor there are fridges that can be used by the guests to keep their food or drinks. Bigger fridge located at the ground floor close to the kitchen.
For reliable internet connection, PolimX Residence use Firstmedia provider. This will bring comfort for the guests to browse internet for business and entertainment purpose.
