PolimX Residence is an exclusive temporary residence (kost) as it only has 9 guest rooms. Each room sized between 12 to 16 square meter which give you very comfortable space even when compared to latest 2 star hotels.
PolimX Residence is a NON-SMOKING temporary stay residence. Smoking is only allowed at the car garage area for the comfortable of all our guests. Strict NO ALCOHOL and DRUGS are also part of PolimX Residence rules.
The bathroom in each of the room at PolimX Residence comes with hot and cold shower, sitting closet and washing table.
Each room is equipped with comfortable bed, study table, television, cupboard, air conditioner and bathroom. The television is completed with Indovision TV cable decoder so you can see national and global channels. PolimX Residence internet is supported by Firstmedia which gives you reliable internet connection for both working and entertainment purpose.
